About the Role

We’re seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for new members. This role is responsible for onboarding, payment coordination, and ensuring clients feel supported and prepared for their coaching journey.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome and onboard new members with clear communication and next steps.
  • Coordinate payment plans and follow up on billing as needed.
  • Schedule and confirm coaching calls, sending reminders to keep clients on track.
  • Provide friendly, proactive support to farm families via phone, email, and video.
  • Collaborate with sales and coaching teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Track client progress and flag potential risks for re-engagement.

What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Experience in customer service, account management, or onboarding preferred.
  • Empathetic, professional, and dependable team player.
  • Background in agriculture or experience working with farm and ranch families is highly valued, as it helps build deeper trust and connection with our members.
