What if I'm not a numbers person?

Neither were most of the families on our wall. That is the point of the coaching: nobody is born reading a balance sheet, and you do not have to become an accountant. You have to be able to read your own operation, and that is a taught skill.

How much time is this going to take?

Less than you are already spending. You are doing this work now - at 11pm, badly tooled, alone. The coaching replaces that with a scheduled hour and a system that holds the answer the next time you need it.

What if my operation is too small? Or too complicated?

There is no acre floor and no ceiling. The wall runs from a few hundred acres to multi-entity operations across several states, row crop and livestock, one generation and four.
