Acceptance of the Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy, is entered into by and between you and Legacy Farmer, Inc., a Delaware corporation and its affiliated companies and representatives ("Company," "we," “our” or "us"). The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, the "Cancellation Policy"), govern your access to the Legacy Farmer Coaching Services (as defined in the Terms of Service, located at [Terms of Service Link]), whether as a guest or a registered user. By accessing the Legacy Farmer Coaching Services in any manner, you agree, both individually and for any users accessing the Legacy Farmer Coaching Services on your behalf, to be bound by this Cancellation Policy. This Cancellation Policy shall be in addition to those terms contained in the Terms of Service which bind users of the Company Services (as defined in the Terms of Service). In the event of any conflict between this Cancellation Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control for any user of the Company’s Services

Please read this Cancellation Policy carefully before you start to use the Legacy Farmer Coaching Services. By using the Legacy Farmer Community Services, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

As part of the Legacy Farmers Coaching Services, you may sign up for coaching sessions with experienced agricultural professionals (“Coaching Sessions”). These Coaching Sessions start promptly at the specified time, and we are under no obligations to make any accommodations if you are unable to attend the Coaching Sessions.

You must notify Company if you are unable to attend, or otherwise wish to cancel, the Coaching Session at least three (3) days before the Coaching Session is scheduled to occur.

If you repeatedly fail to attend the Coaching Sessions without proper cancellation, or are repeatedly late to the Coaching Sessions, we reserved the right, in our sole discretion, to limit your access to Coaching Sessions as part of the Legacy Farmer Coaching Services. Further, we reserve the right to require additional confirmation prior to the occurrence of the Coaching Sessions. Failure to confirm anticipated attendance at a Coaching Session shall be treated as an improper cancellation of the Coaching Session. These remedies are in addition to all remedies available under the Terms of Service.
