About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Creative Strategist who wants to build a career in direct-response advertising within an industry that never stops buying (food production doesn’t pause for recessions). You’ll work inside a marketing team that manages millions in spend, deploys sophisticated funnels, and relies heavily on behavioral psychology, market research, and structured creative testing.
This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and supports the entire creative pipeline from ideation to production to performance evaluation.
Ideal Candidate
You’ll thrive here if you bring:
- A background in creative development (UGC creator, video editor, storyteller, or content creator).
- A baseline understanding of paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google) and how direct-response creative drives performance.
- A willingness to learn and execute advanced creative psychology frameworks (NESB, Life Force 8, LAB Profiles, Value Factors, etc.).
- Strong project management habits — experience with Asana or Notion is a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- A practical understanding of creative structure: Hook → Problem → Story → CTA.
- The ability to manage deadlines, deliverables, and a busy creative pipeline with speed and accuracy.
- A problem-solver’s mindset — you don’t wait for direction, you bring options.
- 1–2 years of experience in paid ads, UGC development, direct-response marketing, or a closely related field (agency, brand, or creator side).
What You’ll Do
- Generate new creative concepts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube based on real farmer psychology, sales call insights, and funnel data.
- Build briefs for editors and creators using our internal creative frameworks.
- Collaborate with the Senior Creative Strategist to refine hooks, angles, and testing queues.
- Review ad performance to understand why creatives win or die and propose the next iteration.
- Assist with scripting, storyboards, and UGC direction.
- Keep production assets, trackers, and deliverables organized and moving without babysitting.
Role Details
- Remote position — must be available during Central / Eastern Time Zone working hours.
- Starting salary: $45k annually, with potential to move to $50k+ after 90 days based on performance, ownership, and output.
- Growth path: Junior Creative Strategist → Creative Strategist → Senior Creative Strategist. We promote from within, and every role is tied directly to measurable performance.
