Danielle Mays

Growing up on a small farm in West Virginia, Danielle had first hand experience in daily farm life and in the local agricultural community. A graduate of West Virginia University, with dual bachelors in psychology and business, she has a deep passion for the success and wellbeing of others. Starting her career in mental health services, she later transitioned into a business role as a contract specialist and quickly moved into a deputy program manager role. 

Danielle is joining the Legacy Farmer operations team as a data analyst. She has 6 years of experience in program management, financial analysis, and data analysis from a corporate background. She has managed complex projects, overseen databases, streamlined processes, and delivered high-level reporting. She is excited to begin her journey serving the agricultural community. 

Danielle and her family still reside in West Virginia only a few minutes away from her family farm, where they still assist with various tasks. They enjoy traveling, outdoor activities (especially camping), and meeting new people.
