Rachel Baldwin

Rachel is our Human Resources Manager at Legacy Farmer.  Rachel brings 20 years’ human resources experience working in multiple industries, including non-profit, telecommunications, government contracting, and retail.  She applies her expertise in all areas of Human Resources while providing strategic guidance in supporting the company’s mission and vision.  She loves bringing her passion of helping organizations while leading with compassion and diligence.

Rachel grew up in a military family and got to travel all over the world.  Rachel and her husband recently settled down in Nevada after his retirement from serving in the United States Air Force.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling, sweet cuddles with her cat, game nights with family and friends, and fellowshipping with her church community.
