Reece Faloon

Reece is originally from the Chicagoland area, and recently moved back home after spending the past ten years in Colorado. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Soil & Crop Sciences from Colorado State University, where she developed a strong foundation in agriculture and environmental science.

Reece has built her career in customer experience roles, with a passion for engaging with customers and helping them find the right solutions. She previously worked for a nontoxic lawn care subscription service, where she deepened her knowledge of turf science, and most recently at a drinkware and cooler company.

Outside of work, Reece enjoys live music, hiking, camping, and paddle boarding. She’s excited to be back in Chicago close to family and shares her home with her cat.
